Ashampoo Magical Defrag V1 for free

I've been using it and it's quick and easy, not quite as good as the big boys like Perfect Disk, Diskeeper and O&O defrag as it won't move certain system files but if your tight for cash it's worth a go and to be honest defragging those other files may not make a huge difference anyway.
