This is a comprehensive litigation pack which has everything you need to bring your bank charges case in the County Court – not only on the Small Claims Track but on any other track as well.
The kit contains examples of County Court forms which you could, if you wish, use to begin your own bank charges claim against the bank or anyone else for any other Reclaim the Right reason. However, you might prefer to copy them and keep the originals safe for further use. Additionally there is an excellent instruction manual which takes you through the entire process step by step.

It includes advice on how to complete your court forms at the various stages of your bank charges claim and even includes illustrations of completed forms so that as you follow the instructions you can cross-refer to the completed examples and in this way you will be confident that you have understood the guidance correctly.
The instruction book also has a section on calculating your claim, who to sue, the court hearing and enforcing your judgment.
For me, one of the most useful aspects of the Small Claims Kit is that it also contain a CD containing all the court forms in .PDF format and which allow you to fill them in by typing directly onto the screen and then print out the completed form.
Enough resources here for unlimited bank charges claims – Let the Banks Beware. I consider that Lawpack’s Small Clams kit is essential for anyone who is preparing for and beginning their claim for bank charges or for any other Consumer Rights reason.
This Kit will not educate you as to the mechanism of the County Court process. You need a book such as Judge Pearl’s Small Claims Procedure: A Practical Guide, to do this.
However, with the Lawpack kit and Judge Pearl’s book together you are unlikely ever to need to ask another question about what you are doing.
