I have just received a £50 fine for returning to a carpark during a 'No return' period! Apparently there is a minimum return period of 120 minutes and my car was seen entering the car park after 90 minutes!
I have never heard of one of these fines before so it came as a surprise.
I have read the advice given to other emails and was wondering if i should argue along the same lines that although I am the car owner to trace the driver? !
