The Consumer Forums are concerned with all aspects of Consumer Rights.  We already have a great deal of experience and expertise in reclaiming bank charges.
However, The Consumer Forums are much more than a bank charges pressure group. Over the last three years we have developed forums to help people deal with
debt problems, payment protection insurance, parking and traffic offences, mobile and fixed line telephone companies, utility companies, retail storeslandlord and tenant issues, along with many other consumer related issues.
And what's more - all our advice and assistance is free of charge.

The Consumer Action Group, and The Debt Action Group are here to provide you with a community where you will find you are not the only one to have the kinds of problems you are dealing with. You will also find that by working with others to solve your financial difficulties gives you the strength and knowledge you need to take back control of your life.
We are also pleased to announce the setting up of a sister website especially for dealing with health issues -
The Consumer Health Forums.
We also now host the
ConsumerWiki and a Consumer Review Forum where you can tell us about any product or service which you have bought - good or bad.  Read other Consumer Reviews as well in our Consumer Review Centre.
We provide free advice, support, encouragement, and materials to anybody who wants to assert  their Right in respect of any consumer problem. We attempt to empower ordinary people and to reawaken the slumbering culture of Consumerism: Reclaim the Right !

Hello, I need to know if ZPK Securities is a legitimate bank in your country/surrounding countries. Reason being, I live in the States and was told I won a lottery, but in order to claim my winnings, I need to pay for the delivery. Is there any website that anyone knows of where I can check the accuracy of the cost(s) given to me, such as a postal site? Thank anyone and all for any help you can give me smilies/smiley.gif Have a good day....

Having problems with Black Horse Finance. After a 6 month 'interest free' period, on an item I purchased, I attempted to pay the amount owing by credit card. They refused payment saying 'they didn't do credit for credit'.
Since then I have been hounded with telephone calls, letters for additional costs, and threats.
Any letters I send by recorded delivery are ignored, and text messages I receive demand that I return their call via a premium rate number (084482 48822.
Its quite a bizarre situation plus I now find this so-called default is on Experian.
Any answers?????

Hi, having a bit of a problem with Ryanair. I was in the process of booking some flights when I opened up another browser window to do a price comparison (both windows were Ryanair). However I closed the 2nd window and proceeded with booking the flights. Problem is that the detail in the active window were overwritten and replaced by the detail in the 2nd window. Result 880 euros worth of flights that I cannot use!

Anyone else had problems with Ryanair concerning Double Browser Windows?
